Our mission is simple: to bring you authentic, high-quality sausage rolls that honour a tradition of British street food going back to the early 1800’s. Humble and much loved by so many.

"Here, we make the effort to pay attention to the details: the quality of the produce in all of our ingredients. We get a simple job done properly, producing sausage rolls using only prime cuts from 100% Free-range British Pork. They say you can’t make a silk purse from a sows ear, and here we don’t try to! But the humble sausage roll never tasted better. Our promise: freshly baked, handmade sausage rolls made with 70% sausage meat content. No more, no less.
This is farm to fork: our sausage rolls are handmade with care and attention to the whole process, made with ingredients sourced from farms we trust. At any market you find us, we will be baking our sausage rolls freshly for you. We never serve them just warmed up from the day before! You can also buy them raw to take home and bake freshly yourself. So, get stuck in—
